The Friends of Westwood Library and Los Angeles Musical Salon are thrilled to announce that our much beloved FREE Concert Series @ Westwood Library is back, after being suspended for the past two years due to COVID restrictions.
We are kicking off the 2022 Season with the extraordinary 17-piece Los Angeles Police Department Band Ensemble in a wonderful pre-Independence Day Concert!
TIME: 2:30 pm (garage doors open at 2:00 pm)
PLACE: Westwood Branch Public Library, 1246 Glendon Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90024
The LAPD Band Ensemble, under the baton of Maestro Richard Allen, will be accompanied by singers for a fabulous program of American popular music and patriotic favorites.
This will mark the third encore appearance by the extraordinary LAPD Band Ensemble at the Westwood Library. Don’t miss this lively pre-Fourth of July celebration, which promises fun for your whole family!
Admission is FREE, with FREE parking at the library. The concert will last approximately one hour with no intermission. Face masks are required for all audience members.
