WWNC/WRAC position
Whereas the Westwood Neighborhood Council is an eligible Neighborhood Council created pursuant to the Charter of the City of Los Angeles from the PLAN FOR A CITYWIDE SYSTEM OF NEIGHBORHOOD COUNCILS, and Whereas the Westwood Neighborhood Council exists within the geographic area represented by the Westside Regional Alliance of Councils as designated in the WRAC bylaws, Therefore the Westwood Neighborhood Council approves participation in the Westside Regional Alliance of Councils as a qualified member organization.
